Q. What date do I need to lodge documents for the next Board meeting?
A. Applications are processed on an ongoing basis, a response is typically provided within four weeks of receipt.
Q. When can I do the supervisor workshop?

Q. Can I use a specialist title such as “clinical psychologist”, “educational psychologist”, “counselling psychologist”?
A. The Board maintains a register of “psychologists”. The Board does not maintain a register of specialist titles such as “clinical psychologist” “educational psychologist” or “counselling psychologist”.
Q. Can the Board refer me to a psychologist? A. The Board does not make referrals.
Q. Can you provide contact details or address details of psychologists? A. No this is not possible under our Act.
Q. Is this person a registered Psychologist? A. This information is available on our web site Register Search
Q. How do I lodge a complaint? A. Complaints may be lodged with the Health Care Complaints Commission or the Psychologists Registration Board.

Q. I am a provisionally registered psychologist, what changes need to be submitted to the Board for approval?
A. All changes to supervision plans or change of supervisor/s need to be submitted to the Board. FYI Supervision Guidelines.

Q. What are the requirements for full registration? A. (1) Where the applicant does not hold current provisional registration with the Board or has overseas qualifications and experience. CLICK HERE for application form and information.
A. (2) Intern psychologists can apply to the Board for full registration upon completion of their Supervision Plan OR Higher Degree.
