Supervision Guidelines 2006

New Supervision Guidelines have now been developed which form the framework for the supervision process under the Psychologists Act 2001.

Applicants seeking provisional registration via an approved supervision program and submitting their application to the Board for consideration from 2006 are to meet the requirements of the new supervision guidelines which commenced on 1 January 2006. It is a requirement of the Board that applicants submit their supervision plan and psychology placement details on the forms developed under the new guidelines.

Provisional registrants with supervision plans approved prior to December 2005 should continue to use the Supervision Guidelines dated January 2004.
