TRIBUNAL FINDINGS

The following names have been removed following a hearing before a Professional Standards Committee (PSC) established under the Psychologists Act 1989. In accordance with the terms of the 1989 Act, all Professional Standard Committee Inquiries were held in the absence of the public unless specifically determined by the Chair of the Committee that the hearing was to be opened to the public (clause 16 Psychologists Regulation 1995). Consequently, the Reasons for Decisions are not available, however the names of persons removed from the register are publicly available.
